Bhairavi Sadhana is an opportunity to bring forth devotion from within.
Things to keep in mind during the Sadhana:
1. Bathing twice a day using herbal bathing powder (no use of chemical-based products)
2. No smoking
3. No alcohol consumption
4. No eating non-vegetarian food
5. Only 2 meals in a day. The first meal should be after 12 noon.
6. White or light-colored clothing should preferably be worn.

Thank u for that..but I have undergone hip replacement surgery n I hv to undergo another on the other hip in sometime..I m unable to to Devi dandam posture or sit in cross legs..so does that mean I can't chant the mantra?
You can still chant the mantra, in sitting posture. Just visualize that you are doing DeviDandam. It’s the intent that counts more than anything else. Jai BhairaviDevi

Why in your description, are you corrupting Devi; in telling the people to eat only vegetarian food ? When in Devi one is supposed to eat meat [of herbivore]. I am also sure that only Vaishnava or other male deity worshippers, would insist on only light-coloured clothes (as well as bathing as much as twice a day - tho I suppose that one may be necessary in a hot climate).
No this is not a religious practice this is a scientific process that is based off understanding the body
