I saw many videos for clearing my concept but i didn't found in one video but you're video is first and best for clearing concepts about this microscopy thank you so so so much.😊😊
What a wonderful lady...so well explained and a passion for the subject. When the person truly understands the subject they can easily propagate their knowledge.
Thank you so much for an excellent demonstration, can you tell me what settings I should use to see FITC labelled complex using Nikon Eclipse 200 microscope
Very well done, you explain it very well. One thing I noticed: At 3:10 You said you're collecting a higher wavelength of light and at 03:40 you said the florescent molecule will emit a longer wavelength of light, which I believe is correct. I took "higher" to mean more energetic photon, or shorter wavelength and thought you were mistaken until you mentioned it again. The picture helped too.

A really clear explanation to support my studies, thank you so much for posting :)
so simple explanation ! thank you.
The drawn diagrams are everything to the clarity of this video! ♥

Thank you Erin, well explained with microscope.
this makes so much sense! Thank you!
thank you kind woman for your clear explanation!
Thank you for this demonstration.
👌👌😊
This has been very helpful. Thank you
Very nice explanation with demonstration.

Thank you kind lady
Clearly explained in just few minutes 😊
superb explanation
Very nicely explained
this is amazing. thanks so much
lovely video maam
Thank you. 😊❤
Thank you
This has been helpful
Wow excellent technique
Thanks
thank you
Fabulous!
Thanks a lot!
Thanks a lot !!!!!!!!!!!!
That was soo helpful ❤❤

Wow!
Welldone
Informative
Can we calculate the cell numbers in this microscopy
Do you use UV light as well? Isn’t that dangerous for everyday use?
Thank you, very well explained

Why this video has only 10k😡
i love you
