My best advice coming from a pc diamond2 currently. Is for attacking really focus your takes/pushes around your drone. Always try and save your prep drone and get some use out of each drone to make gun fights in your favour. R6 is information warfare
i agree w this 100% i hit champ last season even in this cheating epidemic. Also just listen for sound as well. In a lot of ur death clips ur sprinting around making lost of noise or you can clearly hear something and you either ignore it or you take the information incorrectly. im replying to this guy but talking abt myth
I never played Siege but i used to play Rainbow Six Las Vegas & i LOVED the pacing. I remember i had to respect the speed in RS Las Vegas. It wasnt super fast like CoD but not too slow either. Made it unique & fun in my opinion

Yeeears… That’s without saying that the cods have changed a lot over time to cater to (I hate to say it) noobs. But I also started siege in the days of inception and absolutely bodied everyone every game. I was hyped with the release video and learned everything after full release very quickly including flanking, stairs control, and operator abilities. Here I am in 2024, I took about 3 years off and switched to PC and actually have a squad (bad) to play with but we lose 1/2 out matches. I am still getting top frag and points but since I took a break, I am punished in my ability to rank up. That was 8 or 9 years ago that I started, and clearly Ubi doesn’t care about my previous rank or $ I spent on them before I moved to PC bc it’s gonzooo. End of rant. Sry. Love your vids 😊
You’re correct this game is completely unique to any other game out there. There’s so much you need to know and get comfortable with. I personally tell people you truly don’t know enough about this game until level 150 which is crazy to think about
once you get the pace of the game and style down i feel like the next thing to focus on is confidence. if you don't think that you can swing and kill any player then you're not gonna win your gun fights. you have to believe you're the best and play like you're the best player in the lobby every game. that's what it was for me at least.
You’re trying to shaiiko peek but you’re actually doing the opposite. You’re exposing your whole body to the angle every time you do that. Go to the shooting range and get a tutorial up or just quick peek by pressing your keys.
When you’re shaiiko peeking you move into the angle while leaning already then lean back the other way (whilst moving back to cover), then you lean back to the way you were originally leaning.
Half the game is knowing which operator can do which strat on which site and the other half is getting good at it
agreed. also just learning the maps, as someone who came from cs & val i found learning r6 maps is a bit harder

Use your drones to isolate to defenders into giving up free picks. Droning is honestly key for getting out of gold-plat
