I think people underestimate how much trust plays a factor in ASMR. You have someone speaking to + looking directly at you in a very intimate way. This craft can have slight hypnotic effects due to the relaxation it induces + watching often can make you vulnerable emotionally. Maria is the ONLY artist I watch + listen to for this reason + she has always done an amazing job of making me feel safe over the last 5 years 💛
I get this. I have maybe 2 other ASMR artists that I think are really talented but I still only watch Maria 90 % of the time
I spiraled into a depression after I lost my Mom a few years ago and I am just so grateful for you Maria. You are the only one who can provide that motherly source of comfort that I once had. Thank you for all that you do 🙏🏻❤

Today is both my daughter's 15th birthday and the 15th anniversary of her death. It's cold out and pouring rain and I was told I have to work extra late tonight (nobody at work knows what today is for me). I couldn't sleep all night and have been feeling sick all day. I dont think shes cool either, its difficult to tell over camera but I think she has warm undertones
Back when I did hair, I would have classified her a slightly warm-leaning neutral. It's hard for those of us with very fair (or very dark) complexions to figure out our undertones, LOL. Fair gals get pink in the face easily, so we think, "Oh, we're obviously cool!"
I think she’s neutral, that’s why many colors fit her, they just shouldn’t be super bold

awesome video. The whispering at the beginning was godly. Ive always listened and watched asmr videos when I went to sleep but recently Ive started watching them during the day to not fall asleep but just to relax and its so good. Its such therapy for me during the day.
