- Something different that I wanted to try out: A speculative video on the roster and possibly other aspects to a fanmade follow up of a game near and dear to my heart that I think is in MASSIVE need of a second chance. Maybe this video will inspire someone out there to give it just that? I highly doubt it, but regardless, I hope you guys enjoy.

I think they could have both the young Ben 10 (for kids who love the reboot) and the older Ben 10 (for the nostalgic fans who grew up watching Ultimate Alien and Alien Force).
I think that’s why they did it in the og PTE. They had older Ben for recent fans, and younger Ben for nostalgic fans of the series.
Yes I can see them doing this, but with Omniverse Ben and Reboot Ben. I can see Omniverse Ben mentoring Reboot Ben in all of their dialogue (Like ben did with ben 23).
The devs were actually rushed. They tried putting in love but the ones in charge saw a cash grab which resulted in another situation similar to Melee.
Pte was not the best game in the world but it was fun

I disagree with Him and Aku getting cut, but otherwise, this is a pretty good roster.
I really think ben should be like link in smash. We have young ben that is in the reboot style and then older ben that is omniverse or ultimate alien

So uh- did you forget to make a part 2?, this was rly good.
Personally, I would have the Powerpuff Girls all be 1 character, and you can switch between them like the Pokemon Trainer. That way, you have room for both Chowder AND Mac and Bloo, and you could even add in Flapjack to make an even 16! Also, since the Iron Giant is in Multiversus, I think the Scotsman should be replaced by Aku, who would be twice as big as the rest of the characters.
Nice job on the video mate, can’t wait for the next one. I like how you went through all the cast, provided reasons for each’s inclusion and non inclusion while making the video entertaining. I do have some things I’d like to say tho.
With the total amount of returning fighters compared to the overall roster size, there is 16 to the 36 proposed which means you’ll need 20 new characters to represent the game. I’m not sure if I remember but weren’t you trying to provide a balance for veterans and newcomers? If so then you’ll need to add 2 more veterans to the game (if we were to say that billy and Mandy & one of the strawpoll fighters remain as a duo character, sharing a slot). So Are you keeping a balance between veterans and newcomers or are you more compelled to add more newcomers?
Second, I disagree with you cutting Aku, while you provide some interesting points I feel like it can be easily worked around or even put in favour of putting him as a playable. It might be odd for Aku to be smaller than his typical large self I feel like this can easily be remedied by having him shapeshifter into a large size for certain attacks or perhaps he can. Have a special where he can change his size to give him different attributes, making him smaller gives him more speed overall and a smaller hitbox but weakens his strength, range and survivability and vice versa which can give Aku a unique style compared to many. Sure you’ll have to make the stages fit with aku’s new mechanic but I think it can be worth it since we are talking about making a new game, not dlc and this can both capture the towering menace of his figure, his ability to shape shift and you can make him comedic with taunts and perhaps having funny expressions when he gets hit or does stuff.
Plus who’s to say we can’t have Aku as both a boss and a playable? In smash we have chrom as a playable and a final smash so why can’t aku fight Aku? it can perhaps make for a interesting story for a classic mode type game.
Also I think they added toiletnator as a joke character, I mean he was a joke in his own show so that would be explainable.
Scotsman only showed up for 5 episodes but that was enough for him to steal it and leave a decent impact imo

I was watching this when I was playing The Cartoon Network game
I have the perfect idea for a playable Aku that’s different from his normal self and wouldn’t feel weird. Aku could be in his human form, from that time he challenged Jack to a fight without the sword and shapeshifting. His human form could be unlocked after defeating him in his normal form as a boss.
My opinion on the current roster
5:40 Honestly I think the power puff girls should be just one fighter because their play styles and proportions are pretty similar, plus it would leave room for Him one of the PPG’s greatest villains.
8:23 I would’ve preferred having all three of them work as a trio (Grim doing most of the attacks while Billy and Many helping Grim with some).
13:50 I would’ve added both Reboot Ben and Prime Ben to support both fan bases of the show. I see Omniverse Ben being in the game because Classic Ben would be too similar to Reboot Ben and UAF Ben being a little too serious. Plus I think he’ll have good dialogue with the reboot characters (For example he can have a mentor role for reboot ben).
14:19 I would’ve just removed him for an extra slot in the game.

Some explanations:
-Characters like ben or the powerpuff girls are in their first designs since i feel those are the most recognizable
-Originally thought on only adding one duo fighter, decided to put 3 because i thought they could stand out in different ways (Finn and Jake dont count since they're more like Banjo and Kazooie)
-Buttercup and bubbles are alts since i dont think they've done stuff that blossom cant, unless you count the reboot but i'm basing them off the 1999 version
-Red Guy over Cow and chicken since 3 duos were enough, plus i needed more villains
-Ice Bear over Grizzly and Panda since he can actually work as a fighter
-While i know unikitty's show isnt that well aclaimed, i also saw her as a possible representant of the lego movie so i wanted to add her.
-Mac and Bloo summon the other imaginary friends for some of their attacks, similar cases for robin (summoning the other titans) and Numbuh 1 (summoning the other kids)
-Stevonnie over Steven since theres not a lot of unique stuff i can do when my only source material is a shield, plus it was like that in brawlhalla
-The last 3 guest characters dont have their own show unique to CN but those three shows showed up on the channel before their own cartoons and as such still represent an era of the channel
If they EVER make a sequel to this game, I would like to see it having at least 50 characters.

Plot: The Modern Cartoon Network Shows (Villains Literally Portrayed as Nazis) invade The Old Cartoon Network Shows and Now you must fight them off to take back the channel while figuring out who are the unknown leaders of the Modern Shows.
I have not interacted with this video or idea in forever but I'm breaking that to say that's a really stupid idea and not one they would ever consider doing.

@@Treydemark I think the game is pretty good, but the future roster is either gonna make it or brake it for me. I hope they add more iconic warner bros characters (like pennywise, gremlins, godzilla, etc.), and I also hope they add more cartoon network reps because steven and finn aren't enough (but I kinda doubt they'll add more).

Holy fuck this was actually terrible. Most were no brainers of course but you drop Flapjack and K’nuckles over OK KO? Lmao. Nah. And where’s Ed Edd n’ Eddy??? Haku makes sense as like a Master Hand kind of boss. Also you can have the classic versions of characters coexist with current iterations as alternate skins. Foster’s Home and Chowder being cut makes no sense because Kimchi didn’t need to be there and you could really do without Mac. Sorry but I could literally make a better list in my sleep. Regardless it likely doesn’t matter cause if we ever see these characters then it’ll likely be in Multiversus at this point. I I unfortunately don’t see a new game like this coming out at all and even if it does it’ll probably be loaded with the shitty new cartoons like Craig of the Creek.
