Petition to Okakarara Town Council ,petitioning the following office bearers for absence of accountability to the residents.
1.1.1The honorable Town Mayor and the three (3) councilors members of the management Commitee.
1.2 The three (3) ordinary Councilors on the face of them being the Councilors for the Town Of Okakarara.
1.3 The Chief Executive Officer of the Town Council Okakarara Mr Ernst Katjiku and Finally
1.4 The Finance officer of the Town Council
1.The petitioning of the mentioned office bearers is motivated by the deliberate lack of respect .inconsiderable behavior,and ignorance and or negligent of the mentioned office bearers of their duty and responsibility to account the town residents as per the per principle of accountability of Public leaders and or Public officials.
2.The Residents of Okakarara Town had on the 24th August 2023 at around 14:58 submitted a letter reguesting the all above mentioned public office bearers in their respective capacities as named to come out and account on the Millions to Billions of the residents money that disapperared while in their custody and or responsibility between the years 2017_2018_2019 and 2020 financial years as per AG report which was also reported to *Parliament in April 2023*.
3.Dear residents of the Okakarara Town ,Members of the Medias present and all other concern and sympathizer's and interested memebers ,the letter we wrote and submitted to the Town Council was received and date stamped as received and ORAFD filed the copy as a prove thereto.
