What if every capital city probince was annexed by switzerland? (Should force faster capitulation for most countries. I dont know what france will do if you take paris away, but i hope the dont capitulate to switzerland lol)

What if Austria-Hungary, the Ottomans, and Italy formed their own triparte pakt? They get some time to build up and then they reject anshullus, starting the first war.
