For soreness you should buy a roller any type and roll your body, just make sure you massage yourself deep enough with it. It may hurt as you do it but you’ll be happy about it the next day. Better yet when you finish working out do it immediately after.
I hear u sayin u can’t eat much and SAME! I really struggle getting enough calories daily.
Another thing, when working out..the girls say to focus on more carbs before workout (for the energy) and more protein after (for the recovery). Not sure what time a day you work out, just wondering if u split the big breakfast and eat the more protein dense foods after your workout, if maybe you can finish your food that way 😊
