Fun facts: these fine englishmen not did just create a musical masterpiece with this album, They Also got H.R. Giger's sculptures for the album cover and this video.
He was the designer of The alien in "alien" and the mic stand of Korn's vocalist.

This record sort of refined Carcass’ sound. Their previous record, Necroticism, is my personal favorite though. It was more raw and brutal than Heartwork, but also ripe with intricacies.
Carcass will always rule. Have to give a shout out to Ken Owen. Brilliance.
This is awesome. Simple as!! Great melodies, heavy riffs, thrashy and yes, Caveman vocals.
