    Haven't been playing the poino in a long while, but I can very much recommend these stretches for people who do alot on the PC as well.

    wow this helped a lot I played this morning and it aggravated my tendonitis. It was affecting me at my job, but now both my elbows are feeling better. Thank you. I'm saving this to my play list

    This is just the video I've been looking for! I just started learning how to play the piano a few weeks ago. I've found that my practice routine has been lacking stretching. At times my wrists, back and shoulders get really tight and sore. Thanks for the video!

    It shouldn't be all static when you start to play. That's basically an indication of wrong technique
