I love making healthy and delicious somsa (samosa) with my grandmother!
friendly, vegetarian, and packed with vitamins. She always makes it in springtime to give us a boost of nutrients after the cold winter.
I feel so blessed to have access to nutritious ingredients and to be surrounded by loved ones who make every moment special.
ALHAMDULILLAH. Let's remember to be grateful for our blessings and the opportunities given to us. And a big thank you to all of you for your support, kind words, and for being here for me.
Your presence means the world to me. I pray/wish for your happiness and peace

They look soooo good! Do they freeze well?
Thanks for the rolling pin trick, too. That looks like the best way to roll an evenly thin dough.
