- A preprofessional dancer's night routine includes icing, stretching, and doing theraband exercises, a skincare routine, journaling, and preparing for the next day. It is very important for dancers to do these things before going to sleep so they can have a better performance the next day. This night routine also includes injury prevention which is vital for dancers.
