Probably did not practice much. Not only can the center not snap it, but no one was blocking much. The other team's D was into their backfield almost immediately to grab the loose ball.
At some point, the coaches have to figure out that something's not working, and they should stop calling shotgun snaps.

One of the missed snaps the QB is barely even trying to get to it, and eventually just gives up. Idk I'd he's just a moron who thinks allowing a TD is better than Safety or if he really just wasn't ready to play, but you can tell which team wanted to play, and which team is simply existing.

@@Delksy1524 For real, check the sideline. They have 24 guys total. I went to a tiny 2A school and 26 is the all time least we fielded in school history. We usually had around 40.

In high school, smaller schools don’t always have a lot of players so the same players on offense play defense.
These sketchy “prep schools” have been appearing all over Canada saying they can get kids in front of American college scouts. Unfortunately there’s so many now that they can’t find enough parents willing to spend $20-30k a year to send their kids to the states to get their ass kicked. So half these prep schools only have a couple dozen “student athletes”

My high school played Toronto Prep like 2 weeks ago. Apparently the team's purpose is for the guys to get a feel for America when/if they play in college. The had a 15 hour bus ride to get to us, they had like 12 players on the team, and they didn't have enough equipment, they forgot so much stuff we had to lend equipment, the literally wore their PRACTICE JERSEYS I genuinely feel bad for them, they haven't won a single game in like 2 years and one dude on the team quit mid-game. My team is in Tennessee and we've won 3 straight State chips so almost no nearby teams want to play us, so that's why Toronto Prep played us. But again, it really sucked for them and I feel bad. We only beat them 55-0 but one time we beat a team from Florida 68-23, we scored all 68 in the first half lol.

This is like Georgia Tech vs Cumberland 222-0. Except if Heisman called it at halftime instead of 5:00 left in the 4th and the quarters were only 12 minutes long
That game was only that lopsided because Heisman was pissed off at Cumberland because they used professionals in a baseball game against him, so he wanted revenge. Not to mention Cumberland didn’t even have a football team, they had to scrounge up a ragtag groups of frat bros to avoid having to pay a lot of money to GT.
I think the game might actually have been a comparable score if it had been the same length. So this might actually be what that game looked like, except one thing: back then, for whatever reason, the team that was scored on could elect to kick off instead.

In high school if the score is bad they make a running clock so the clock only stops for timeouts, at least in Florida

Fr they don’t even have a school facility if you look for them on Google maps, and their sports facility is listed as York Uni, like twenty miles from where they say they are based. Shady.
Gotta give their Defense some credit, they didn’t stop trying, even though they knew it was long over. Their quarterback deserves the wildest practice for letting them get that touchdown instead of falling on it and keeping it to a safety. Overall, there definitely was a skill difference.

I was 12 in the summer of 1989 playing softball, we played a team from Millet Alberta and oh my they were bad. Their pitcher didn't have an actual windmill pitch so he would literally lob em in underhand. Meanwhile our pitcher had a brutally awesome slider and knuckleball anyways, final score was 73-2, and the game was called after the 4th inning

This is not the worst. Florida's Bradenton Manatee Hurricanes defeated St Petersburg Dixie Hollins HS, 104-0, back in late 80's. Then played them the following year in a season opening Jamboree Game, (like a preaseason scrimage game for Florida HS programs back in the 80's, 4 different teams present. 2 Teams play in first half, the other 2 teams play in the 2nd half) Manatee defeated Dixie Hollins, 80-0 in just one half. In Florida that is 24 minutes of game time.

It's over when you have a center that bad too. Because even if the snap isn't bad, the QB is perpetually worried about the snap being bad, and won't be as quick mentally getting into the play.
