@@judywright4241 Truly, I can't say for sure, but having owned a business, it sounds to me like they just didn't pay their annual corporate (or in this case charity) business fee to operate in the state. Where I live, this is only $100 and is due every year on Jan 1. My state prefers that you just go online and pay it with a credit card (they discourage sending checks). If you can't keep up with something this absolutely base level to your business, I wonder how on Earth you could figure out how to conduct any business at all.

California requires state income taxes in addition to federal tax returns annually. They are late in filing hence considered delinquent and have been informed that they cannot solicit nor disburse funds until a return is filed and any penalties due are paid. Penalties are charged for not filing and/or paying amount due in a timely manner.

There is nothing like a good snark before bed and I think it is this. Some of her luggage went missing enroute which would explain her skimpy wardrobe allowing her to maintain her nearly bare body affording many a glance in her direction. Modesty and good manners must have been in one of the missing trunks. I feel dreadfully sorry for all the efforts the Nigerian people made to welcome them. I think this was their last visit there. At least I hope so.
