Why did you lose your deals?
@@taylorhartman198 I lost one deal due to a lis pendens against the property that came while my loan docs were in escrow and another because the property did not appraise. My patience and hard work will pay off eventually 🙏
Always check the courts and advertise the sale/purchase . you will be okay

You actually go to the courthouse for the county and usually they will have computers with their system and you look up the property. You can usually get an access password if you pay them a few bucks so you can look at home. Someone told you to check the courthouse. You want your hand held. Drive to the courthouse. Drive to all the courthouses in the area and get online access. Guarantee they will help you. @@nakzadi4015
