- Our story stems from inside Arkham Asylum. The troublesome Penguin plays bingo while another inmate keeps nagging him about escaping. He says he’s willing to split millions with him that he buried at a cemetery if Penguin orchestrates his escape. He told someone else about the money, some crazy guy with a few screws loose. That familiar-sounding man escapes, and Penguin doesn’t want to be second place, so he drops the guard escorting him and finds the keys on him. Bingo!

Based on Batman & Dracula: Red Rain (1991) which I bought that year. I haven't seen the movie, think I will wait for the live action version.
by slavic folklore standarts, Dracula healed way too fast from penguin's blood drops. in traditional tales, they depicted more as an witches/malevolent shamanic practiciners (similiar to the sorecerers of Cthulhu Mythos, like Joseph Churwen) who need 9 and 40 days to restore hte bodies, in a few stages of forms - first, they do soul-flight from their dormant bodies/bones with their parasititc etheric bodies (similiar to the spectars in the Spectral film from 2016) who is transclucent but flicker and emitt pflint-like sparks on movemet (they also use the caul they born with, as an cloack of invisibility). they caues huntings, poltergeist, possesion, and night hag attacks to drain their victims from energy/blood (later on?) to transfer it back to their bodies, that regrow new skin under the old one that getting bloated and reddish with the blood they regenerate insides of their soft bones and inner organs. they roar loudly and eats all food there is, bite the cow's udder for hte milk... later on, when his skin became strong enough, he leave his grave/lair, their bodies are "boneless blood-bag like", for their insides are yet to be fully reformed, are feedind on the blood of their victims now, like a leech. in the end, they complite thheri reverse metamorphosis to an slightly deformed body - an slight east-like traits, such as uni-brow, index fingers the same lengh as the middle ones, big palms and mouth, and one nostril... some slavic cultures say, that they still have the soft, wet and boneless body, and dont feed on blood anymore, some tell that they feed on a few drops while choosing jobs such as barber or marchant, or feed on lot and even eat animals and cattle.
A VARIANT OF BATMAN I IMAGINE LEARNED MAGIC, IN ORDER TO GIVE HIM AN EDGE AGAINST MONSTERS:
I imagine in a different realm, a variant of BATMAN, decided he wants to learn to do magic, and learned it by the great (DR. FATE).
To add I imagine, in time Batman, created a new spell, that is able to give him perfect protection, that protects him from DRACULA, when the vampire makes his appearance in Gotham City.
In addition I imagine Batman, creates other types of protection spells, that could protect him, from almost any type of evil supernatural individuals.
Plus to add I imagine, that Batman, figures out a way to combine magic, with modern science, in order to make magical cures, for almost any type of supernatural infections.
Be those infections are being turned into a vampire, or a werewolf, or a Wendigo, and any other type of cursed monster viruses.

That was a great animation but too childish. I mean, turning vampires back to people? Really?
It's supposed to be a movie about vampires and nobody died? Come on!
