Kiamunyi is green, large tracts of land, 100 by 100s but this Barnabas has exploded bro... Things to note: (1)A bunch of gated communities already built and more coming, this means new money is in Barnabas, (2) Proximity to Major junction on Nakuru-Nairobi highway and Pipeline, these stops here are a major economic booster. (3) Proximity to the current and in use Lake Nakuru National Park Gate, tourism reloaded (4) Proximity to the Soon to be completed, expanded public use Lanet Airport (5) Large tracts of land open to Investments and developments. (6) There is a dual carriage way from down-town to Barnabas junction already, not to mention the expansion of Nairobi-Nakuru Mau summit is foreseeable. Other minor factors could be the proximity to millitary base enhancing sense of security, international schools, some industries and being further away from other dwellings in the city that may lower property values, Your neighbours matter more in property value. Barnabas has a bright future from my view.

Not really but Barnabas is more open than Kiamunyi in terms of real estate investment. Kiamunyi still has lots of land on original land owners and some of them don't even live here, others have no capacity to develop into contemporary real estate, others are not ready to develop, other farms are reserved for wajukuu 😂 you get? But Barnabas is open for business.
