I had this smoker for 1 year now, is working great. One full tube of cherry wood chips lasts me 2h ...great product!!! Thanks again!

Other cold smoke generators have the smoke outlet on top; can you explain the advantage of having yours on the bottom?

i can push smoke at lower point then thru all height of the unit . Less parts needed. Air does not need to go thru all unit to be able to go out - i have it on the same level. i can make extender to have unit higher to fit more chips for longer burning time. Having possibility to dismount unit easy is huge advantage too - i'm taking it off the unit when i do not need it. I personally had that type of hanging unit and i did not liked it at all - even to mount it you need to chose place on smoker - it is putting a lot of pressure on mounting point.

Have you tried longer smoke sessions. My Polish Dymbox smoker keeps clogging up with chips after 2 hours. I tried to oven dry the beach wood chips but with no good succes. Moisture condensation is getting inside the tube during the smoking. Have you tried Pellets. I clean all parts chemical. Naoh SODIUM HYDROXIDE Caustic soda works best.

i started to look for differences and found your comment under one of there videos with exact questions ... condensation always will be there - it is coming with incoming airflow. First i do not like that exhaust tube is so long - reason condensation has a lot of time to get on the sides and you know result. You need to try to adjust airflow. How much smoke you trying to get ?? remember too much is not good - you want to flavor product not to submerge in smoke. I usually clean exhaust after 8 -10 h of smoking and "yes" - I had very rare situations when it was clogged and i needed to clean it at that moment. I would suggest to get in touch with manufacturer of the product and ask them. As if it would be my unit - i would ask to show some video of smoking process to give some suggestions. Again - i'm not trying to make shiny thing as they have, but i know exactly how it works because i'm using it myself. Question - how is that wooden cap ?? i expect it to crack after some time , tho it looks nice. You can definitely make video and post it explaining your issues - maybe someone will have some ideas. My smoke sessions usually take all day for about 6-8 hours and being lazy i do not clean anything and then smoke next day 6 hours - again : unless i see that i need to clean exhaust tube.

Can I put a plastic tube on the outlet to direct the smoke into the bottom of a Weber kettle?
