I worked in auto financing. Once the due date rolls up due, you cannot accept anything less than full payment. Partial payments are not accepted. Some collections place out for Repo once the payment goes 30days past due. Some do not allow multiple months past due to accrue. 30days and You are OUT FOR REPO. Certified letter of notice to Repo with a 10 day notice to pay in full. Total 30days past due.

Two issues here. 1. This isn't the way to stop your car from getting repo'd or booted. Let them do it, but VIDEO RECORD the entire interaction. Say nothing. If the car is towed, let them have it. The monkeys probably destroyed the car once they left your property. If they boot it, wait for the monkeys to leave. Then, attack the weak point on the boot to remove it. I've never met a boot that wouldn't comply with my grinder, hammer, and drill. It's easier and faster than you think. Bonus points if you find out where the booter lives and place it on his lawn. 2. Don't engage with the tow person/booter. Just stand back and record. Laugh at them if they try to insult you. Nothing makes them angrier. Defend yourself with DEADLY FORCE if you are attacked and only if you are attacked.
