How to make OFE NSALA(white soup) with yam flour.

Ingredients:
Yam flour
Hard chicken
goat meat
utazi leaves
uziza seeds
uda
ogiri
crayfish
stock fish
Seasoning cube
Salt
Scotch bonnet pepper
All of these ingredients can be bought from African shops, just ask them ofe nsala spices.

I love the way u try to adjust the tickner for everyone sometimes i use corn starch or potatoes In which many people don't know they can use it they think without cocoyam or yam there's no other way to cook these soup .
