FYI: if you run the plantains under very hot water or sit them in a bowl of hot water, for a few, it’s easier to peel. Hope this helps! 😊

It’s very tasty and really is for breakfast but you can eat it anytime. It’s your choice.
Yes... your mom and dad are a beautiful couple, and they look amazing love my porridge, I grew up on all types of porridge with moringa powder mixed in it✨✨🙏🏾🙏🏾✨✨

In Sénégal, we can mix it with, baobab fruit powder, or baobab leaf powder, or tamarind juice, or traditionnel yoghurt.
We mostly use sorgho grain millet, corn for porridge.
We make the watery version of porridge, and the very concentrate one.
So many ways to prepare it.. God is Great Alhamdoulilah!

Wow fantastic. Most put cormeal in pot and boil it first then blend peanut n plantain then add to cornmeal in pot. This method is really great for either way cormeal is refined n the outcome will be great. Chefs are smat thinkers.

Deddy, if yu know how mi nearly muos jook out mi han migl se mi a hux cocnat last week. 😅 Mi love the trick to use the juicer to extract the milk. Then mi can use the trash mek grater cake too nuh true!!
