Basicly I can count on one hand the number of true friends. Most I made in my adult life, although I have friends from childhood that I keep up and love.
The thing is that I love everyone, I am a friend to all, but not all want that kind of relationship. I suffered so much when I was younger, but today I have come to terms that vibration is everything, and we will always be connected with people who vibrate in the same frequency as us, and we will distance ourselves from people with different vibrations. My Mother and Father sheltered me from the world until I was 18 and went off to college where I met every single one of these types of people multiple times and lived a life of victimization until I graduated and many years beyond. I'm in my 60s now and I wish I had heard all of this when I was 18. I'm going to let my daughter listen to it to try to save her from all the pain I experienced. Thanks for this information.

Discernment. I thought I had that down for over 15 years just starting to recover now from getting my rear handed to me frequently. Under narcissistic abuse. And ones I love have suffered at their hands to because they crippled me for a while.

Isolation is my friend. I know that sounds strange. But when you're dealing with the outside world, family, friends, your job. You will soon find out that isolating yourself is a good thing. You almost have to make it a priority.❤
