According to me
Missile(X) => weapon(X)
Should be
Weapon(missile) like American (colonel)
Hence X= colonel
Y= weapon
Z= Nono country
Please rectify me if I'm wrong

Your judgment is good .I agree with you.
you can take m1 in place of x in missile ... so it won't confuse you!
here two x's one in american and the other in the missile are overlapped that creates a confusion , not a big deal.

one confusion here, that in simple sentence we have ( Nono has some missile) ... and convert to FOL owns(Nono,x) ...but in logic representation we use for all and there exists ..... so why don't you use for some wala symbol ?
