  • I’m about to tell you my Secrets to a perfect squat…👇
I got together with my buddies Bedros and Todd to shoot this value-packed CZcams video about how to squat properly and its straight gold. 💪
    Not bronze, not silver…
    Gold.
The thing about Todd and Bedros is their pros. 🏆
Add it up and they have 50 years of experience between them.
    Yet…
When they work out with me they always learn something new.
    Because they’re champions.
🛑 In my 4 decades of training, I’ve noticed something…
✅ What separates the champions from the average in this world is champions are always learning.
    ✅Always improving...
✅ They understand if you aren’t learning then you aren’t getting any better.
If you think about it, that applies to life, not just fitness...🤔
    It’s a universal rule
So the balls in your court…
If you are looking to improve your knowledge of bodybuilding, annihilate personal records or shred any excess fat…
Then you're in the right place, my friend.
    ..But first off…
You need to check out this video.
It’ll easily improve your squat game by 🔟X
    Don’t Lighten up, TITAN UP!
    🐺
    ⚔🍀 Mike O'Hearn The Titan.
P.S. Bedros said he had reconstructive surgery on his knee.
After I showed him this squatting technique he said it was a piece of cake. Pain Free.

This was actually a nice educational piece about the difference between low/high bar squat. I haven't seen many people mention the difference in queues.. I've always heard sit back more but never immediately from the start. I'll definitely do both since I love hitting my hamstrings with deadlifts but still love deep squats. It didn't occur to me to do both high bar for deep squats/quads and low bar for posterior chain work.

You have to be a straight up hater if you're throwing shade at this man. He's a beast, just because you can not do something does not mean it's unachievable. I would have liked if you were to show their feet at least once

      Don't be delusional 🤣
Mike has been deceiving the industry for 30 years! Younger lifters look up to him because they think he's a natural lifter, guess what? Sheep remain sheep

I have barbell squatted a total of 6 times in my life starting 3 weeks ago. This is the way my trainer said to do it. Glad he is showing me correct! It feels much better with my ass back before I start the squat.

@BalticFin Of course hes nit naddy but guy still knows his stuff. I dont care if he juices or not. Fact is the guy for 30 has kept his body as good or better than anyone in the industry. He obviously knows what hes doing. Unless you know him personally and hes a prick my guess is people assume the worst about him and hes a good dude. but I dont know for sure.

Just using this technique, brought my squat up 50 lbs tonight. I was scared before. But ass out, slow lowering and smooth raise.....damn! Hell yeah
