Took a shot at “Rosanna” by Toto, featuring Jeff’s Porcaro’s iconic half-time shuffle. This groove is such a cool blend of Purdie’s half time shuffle as heard on the Steely Dan tunes “Home at Last” and “Babylon Sisters,” John Bonham’s spin on that feel in “Fool in the Rain,” and a classic Bo-Diddley figure.
Rest In Peace Jeff, you’ve inspired all of us more than you would ever admit!
