💥Today I am joined by Senpai Marc to show you 3 Kyokushin Karate sparring drills/techniques or setups. These are unique to Kyokushin Karate but can be applied to many different combat sports and competitions. Try these drills in sparring, with a partner and even in shadow boxing.💥
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
❗️Always start slow with this drill with each drill so your body gets used to it. Slowly progress with speed and power. Repetition is key with these drills. The more often you practice them, the more likely it is for it to be saved in your muscle memory.❗️

Really good as always, greatly helps beginners like me! ! I wonder if you could make a video about tips and tricks on throwing punch and kick combinations fast and fluidly? if there isn't one already. Keep it up senpai! Osu!
