Swanage Model Railway Exhibition 2024 Part 1 - James's Railway Journey's

- After a few months of computer issues I was able to finally make some video's so I decided to head up the the Swanage Model Railway Exhibition and ride along the Swanage Railway at the same time so in this 2 part video all the fantastic model railway layout in the exhibition will be seen here in Part 1 and in Part 2 which will be available Tuesday 20th August 2024!
Also coming soon is a Steaming Surprise at Eastleigh Station and some exciting news, the Ester Warren Branchline, my own OO Gauge Layout has been accepted into some upcoming exhibitions mostly in 2025 but one being in just a couple of months time, 24th November 2024 the layout will be in the Brockenhurst Village Hall for the New Forest Model Railway Society Open Day so come along and say hello, why not bring one or two of your own locomotives and see them running and the Ester Warren Branchline
(NON DCC).

Hi James, I am really pleased to see the layout ATHERFIELD was at the exhibition, I built this layout, and later sold it on to a friend, who in turn, sold it on to an enthusiast from Swanage.
Great to see it running, and captured on video.
Like all of the exhibits, it's a great layout. Mine is going out for the first time on 24th November to the Brockenhurst Open Day at Brockenhurst Village Hall

Bosun's Wharf was my favourite layout of the exhibition. Just pipped Penworth at the post. Both have so much detail to see.
I couldn't decide on a favourite but I did quite like the unique USA Gauge 1 layout . Excellent detailing on the locomotives.
Hi James, I hope you are well. I think the layout you have named as "Petworth" is actually "Penworth" - as the style is based upon the style of the layout at Pendon Museum. I hope that helps, buddy. 👍😁
I'm as well as can be, hope you are too. I knew I'd make a mistake somewhere along the line. (Excuse the pun) I did pop by to say hello but couldn't quite get to you at the time. My layout is making a trip out on 24th November to the Brockenhurst Village Hall for the open day.
