@@Rosiehenshawhome Funny that last spring if I put one through the till at work I kept thinking these look so like Emma Bridgewater took I while before I saw the base of the plant pot and saw not only did it look like EB it was Emma Bridgwater!! Ended up buying three heart ones so I could have a matching set to keep my makeup brushes in!

Lovely Rosie. Great that you always look for cute, budget friendly items and that you are always very resourceful and reuse things year after year👏😊. Can't wait for your DIY, budget friendly decor and gift ideas Videos.
I have to admit though, I'm not into having Christmas stuff everywhere in the house or the use once stuff that lands in landfill. But I love that most things you use, you buy over the years and use each year.. and only add/buy new stuff that can only be used 1x like food treats, napkins and colouring books etc. The kids clothes, when they don't fit anymore I am sure you donate at the charity shop (as I know, from following you over they years) that you love a good charity shop and second hand buy.
I just have the living-dining room decorated (which is usual in Europe) and in Europe we collect hand-made wood and glass tree ornaments over the years and reuse them each year. We also keep ones we inherited eg I have several from my mother I loved as a kid and ones I was given as a kid from my Great Gran. I also have ones I bought on my world travels over my life. So the tree is full of memories. Since my kids were small, I bought a new glass tree ornament for them each year. They choose them, based on their interests that year. They can take them when they leave home and start their own Christmas trees with them.
That’s such a beautiful tradition! Just warmed my heart that has 🥰❤️ Thankyou lovely! Yes all of the items that are 1 use only I try to get in paper so they can be recycled after. For the last few years I’ve popped the kiddies clothes onto my friends Facebook page and I’ve done bundles of kids clothes (in ages) all free. so people who might need them can have them and they won’t have to worry about the cost of kids clothes aswell as everything else. I do donate homewares and toys xxx

Rosie, you are wonderful 🤗.. a great mum and a wonderful inspiration for young women and mums👍 who can learn self confidence and how to make life special on a budget 🤗. Even for older mums (this year I turned 50 😭), like me, I have loved doing some of your crafts over the years 🤗.

Great haul Rosie - did you know the lots of ideas online for making those folding paper folding decorations - way cheaper than buying online. But your trees were a bargain too! My kids are now almost 21 and 18 but I’m thinking I’m gonna do a North Pole breakfast this year - they’ll love it! 🎄
I love watching those videos! I actually made lots of paper stars in that honeycomb style years ago and loved them. They got ruined when we moved house and I never did them again but I deffo should ❤️ yes that will be lovely 🥰

Adult Christmas for us, grown up kids, no little ones, but we do like cards, going to go and get the Santa cards, will make all of us smile, and I liked the paper tree so maybe a couple of them, thank you for brightening up a dull day

I'm pulling way back this year. I've decided to do some joint couples hamper type gifts this year. A cosy night in hamper and a tons of fun hamper. It's difficult though to keep costs low. What a terrible few years everyone is having. Glad you are feeling better. You are a great way for us mums to enjoy Christmas and get fun ideas without it necessarily costing anything.

Hey lovely I completely forgot to film for this this year so I’ll try and pop one up ASAP so ppl have time to prepare xx yes Xmas Eve boxes can be a bit much on top of Christmas I’m def going to cut back with that this year. The kiddies will still get Xmas pjs but I’m gonna give them on the first of December and just wash them and pop them in the boxes the night before with a hot chocolate and some sweeties xx
