As a high lvl knight my opinion is 2h for xp farming and damage output. Sns for giant and bosses if tanking

would still prefer sns due to attackspeed and fast animation
and gets you more balanced as it also gives a lot of def even if you use rage.

For me SNS is better. While 2H has high damage output but the monster's incoming damage will hurt much more and it's quite hard to reach 100% Aspeed with the 2hand build. So in the end it's up to you. :D
