Tesco seriously need to make this easier. I'm on here because I'm trying to do this over a half hour .How is the over 70s ment to be staying in and using online shopping only .when its its ridiculously hard to do .especially when you don't have a club card .
But thank you for the clip .

I will not even try if I go down with the virus. I will ring them and if they don't take my order over the phone I do not care how ill I am with coronvirus I would immediately hang up and go into the store. I will not go hungry for anyone, if I have the virus and other people catch it then that is on the heads of the store. It is about time the stores realized not everyone knows how to use a computer or has access to the web.

Have raised. many online orders with Tesco. Can’t I raise a repeat order by just copying an existing order, say last order without having to go individually through all my favourites. If I want to print out my basket or order, if it has been raised, can I sort the basket or order first by a selection of parameters ie alphabetic, category etc. Thanks !!!
Having read other comments I am obviously not alone in finding the system very user unfriendly. I have used online shopping for over 25 years. Please have a look at amazon and their system you then realise how poor and illogical this Tesco system is !!!!!

If I would such a person, I would not muck around with the supermarkets, if I was ill I would phone them and if they did not take my order then I would immediately hang up and go into the store no matter how ill I am. Good God talk about pulling teeth, you should be able to pull up your last three orders for a start and pick from those quite quickly most of what you want to speed it up.
