What a nice man !!! He gives you metal frequently and also shares some of his fresh produce with you . Obviously God has blessed him with a green thumb as not only his garden is lovely but he also has a lush lawn too .

Then there are all the people who think of you and tell you where scrap can be found. I was amazed to hear Michael talk so much! He had pearls of wisdom I could use myself! My father-in-law was a hoarder and it took us a year to deal with his house after he passed away. He lived alone for the last 30 years of his life.

Tomatoes need sun and hot days. They really are a tropical plant. They don't like to be in a lot of water either.

Beautiful garden and such a nice man. Use the zucchini for zucchini bread. A zucchini that large tends to be bitter. Best used to bake a sweet loaf of bread.

That nice square cushion would be a good cushion for your dog. She would have her own cushion to sit on in the Living Room or maybe beside your bed at night? On the floor of course. Anyway I can keep an eye out for a really nice soft cushion for my dog and maybe have an extra one stashed so if she decides to chew it or scratch it up too bad from digging you could just throw it away and you got another one on hand. It's good to see you stand at the counter for a few minutes chewing the fat with Michael, rather than going in, getting your money, and leaving. This convenience store mentality of a rapid-fire succession of in-out-in-out-in-out-in-out-in-out doesn't belong anywhere excepting in.....convenience stores. Stick around and socialize a bit.
Paul almost always has a conversation with Michael unless he is busy with other customers that weigh their scrap and other things that go wrong in the scrap yard. I used to go in a convenience store and visit with the older gentleman behind the counter. We talked for about 5 months and I considered him a friend. One day I went in and he asked me if I wanted to go to a hotel with him? I said no and you are married anyway. He said that does not bother me, she does not know. I left there and never went back .

What a nice guy, that older fella was a awesome guy, wish we had more people like him in this world.
Some places won’t take paint cans with wet paint in them. But they will take dried paint. If it’s a lot of good pant I drop it off at reStore to be mixed with other paints to be used. If there’s not much I pop the lids off, put them by the garage to dry. Sometimes you can pop the chunk of paint out and recycle the can. If nothing else the can with dried paint can be put in the landfill. 😊

Yhe man with the beautiful garden needs to trim some of the sucker branches off his tomato plants for the tomatoes to ripen.

That man's garden is awesome. Sure miss mine, all I can grow now is tomatoes in a bucket living in an apartment. Sometimes if we had a good growing season we got huge zucchini. My grandmother would always make the best zucchini bread with them.
30:00 that is an air pump it's used to add oxygen when paired with an air stone for an aquarium ( fish keeper here)
