I love Aislin's new name! It's very fitting! Yes, she is painted very realistically and beautifull! Love her! I am actually finding myself enjoying the trends right now. I went through a phase where I didn't care about it one bit and also went through a phase where I almost gave up my hobby . I'm so glad I had that inner voice inside me say don't do it because you'll regret it! Although I've made a lot of changes, I'm loving where I am in my hobby these days! Especially since getting Adalyn! She's my baby world! 💜💜💜

I'm just at a place where I'm enjoying not feeling pressure to keep up, and if/when I choose to join in with something, I want to do it in a mindful way. I think that starting in 2016 there was so much excitement in our reborn community. Overtime things started to change where there was competition in how we dressed our dolls, what kits we had , what reborns were loved the most. Silicone dolls came into the community. I love my reborn dolls whether I interact with them by myself or show them on CZcams. I have decided that I find my own joy without being influenced by others. ❤ Enjoy this hobby, that's the important thing. I love the Saskia sculpt too. Blessings to you 💐
Its so funny shes in this vid bc i love this kit and lately ive secretly been obsessing over soneones version with my heart aching for it knowing id never have this particular baby so much so that i actually reached out knowing id never get a response and yet as you mentioned what breaks my heart this doll seems to be old news to this person.

Awww... I'm sorry, and I hope you get your own dream Saskia one day even if it's not that exact doll. I love my Aslin so much. She's definitely not old news to me. Even after several years, the level of detail and realism in this kit just blows me away.
