• Chicken - 500 Grams
• Ginger - ½ Inch Sized (4 Grams)
• Garlic Cloves - 3 to 4 Pieces
• Green Chilies - 3 to 4 (Or As Per Taste)
• Curd/Yogurt - ½ Cup (125 Ml)
• Black Pepper Powder - ½ Tsp
• Salt - 1 Tsp
• Oil - 1 Tsp
FOR GRAVY:
• Chopped Onion - 1 Medium Sized (2 Small Sized)
• Finely Chopped Ginger - ½ Inch (4 Grams)
• Finely Chopped Garlic - 5 to 6 Cloves
• Black Peppercorns (Black Pepper) - 1 Tsp
• Kashmiri Chili Powder - ½ Tsp
• Tata Sampann Coriander Powder - ½ Tsp
• Tata Sampann Kasuri Methi - 1 Tsp
• Green Chilies Use If Required
• Salt, Sugar, Oil Use as Required
