It’s really interesting that these guys are all best friends and hang out outside the show (like Shadow & Bone, The 100), and the OG cast really weren’t friends at all. Leighton and Blake don’t talk.
The OG cast were friends. Blake, Penn, and Chace were close Leighton and Jessica was close.. I’m not sure about Ed, I know him and Jessica dated for a while. - honestly I feel so bad for Taylor. The age gap was so big and she probably felt lonely at times. Taylor was close wit the guy that played Eric tho, they’re still friends.

But OG cast used to be really good friends though.. Blake and Leighton just grew apart. I think Chace still gets along with everyone. Many of them also dated and broke up so I understand that might have been weird.
Most casts of any show really, always hangout while they were still filming / when they are still on the show. For eg the Elite casts on Netflix, they used to hangout all the time during filming or when they are all still part of the casts. Ever since like 5 casts members left in season 3, they dont really hangout with rest of the Elite casts that are still on the show anymore, its like everyone just went on a different path and that they dont have time to hangout with each other anymore.

Im sorry maybe he really is happy. I dont know him that much. It seems like he has regrets in life as a friend id like to be there for him support him on his goals but i understand that he doesnt want to my friend

Compared to the original cast, they do seem like good friends. But like on screen, in the actual show, they have less chemistry. It really goes to show how bad the writing of it is
