My doctor 👨‍⚕️ informed me that I just need a CPAP while the supplier of the machine is advising me to take a BiPAP as it is more comfortable and better for the future, which one to get 🤔.

Most dont need BiPAP unless you have other issues. Pulmonary and sleep disorder related. Many new CPAP machines record data which can tell of you have events during your sleep. Really depends on your condition.
