Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you for not gatekeeping all this amazing knowledge.
You sayin he can't wear a cape? Not even one with little pizzas on it?
@@GwaiZai Don't test me mfer. I'll do it.
This workflow really helps me remember post fx will never truly die, just evolve. The manual shakycam workflow is chefs kiss and so obvious when you see it. Redgiant is still my go to, i miss living in aftereffects every day sometimes. Inspired to do more personal projects these days cause of things like this. Thanks for sharing!
TBH this explainer felt really self-indulgent but everyone seems to like it so I'll be doing more in the future!
Crazy stuff. It's just unbelievable how the AI tools starting to look normal so fast.
I loved Poof and this breakdown is amazing. Thank you for sharing your behind-the-scenes!
high five
Amazing tutorial, Pizza! Thanks a lot
Cool - animation and thks for the detailed rundown 👌it’s good to show AI is more than just typing in a prompt - you have another sub 👍
So chill. Easy to listen to and understand. Thanks for sharing.
This video is gold! That is a great and simple process and the result is about the best AI video I’ve seen. Thanks for the great pointers!
This is a great tutorial of a great ai short movie, congrats it was really good
Really inspired us here as ai film maker. Hope you can create more tweaks and teach us more again. Once again, thank you for sharing this. 😊
I caught this on the X, so awesome! Great job on this brotha!
Really cool use of all the tools. Great work
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and the solutions to your tricks.

Great and stressful work for you, but you excelled at it
This is incredible work. You sir are skilled
Fantastic video!! I really appreciate you explaining your process and the various Ai tools!!
Super inspiring, this is great! Appreciate the tutorial!
Great breakdown of a great and funny film! Thanks!
Great breakdown, thanks for posting! I'm also getting the hang of Luma and basically have had the same experience as you with prompting. Only getting better from there though.
great job!! thanks for sharing!!
Oh wow, an instant subscriber here, keep these videos coming :)
Thank you! It was very cool!
Great breakdown. And love the original video 👏

Great Vid and tutorial 👌
Thanks a lot!! This is great!! 🎉
That’s pretty creative use of tools. ❤.
Wow this is amazing! Great example of how to use AI to embrace creativity, not replace it. Thank you for the tutorial!

thank you!
your videos are top notch! thanks so much for sharing!
Very impressive demo. Also, you have an excellent voice for this kind of video. Nicely done. Endless possibilities for this kind of videomaking.
Don't tell anyone but I recorded the voiceover then used ElevenLabs speech-to-speech to swap voices!
@@pizza_later Wow, amazing. AI is getting soooooo good.
very nice 😍😍😍
THANK YOU
Awesome
Amazing work and demonstration!! I appreciate you sharing your process!
Looks like proffesional and marketable AI film making skills to me! -Huh AI creating jobs, nice.
Brother. Thank you. This is awesome!
Love this breakdown!
Great 👍
Amazing job, thx for the technique breakdown really help to understand the workflow. Question: i'm good with premiere, after effect I can handle the basic, but most the stuff you did probably not, do you have some tutorial video to suggest (specifically on this stuff, virtual camera, VFX etc.) Thanks again. Cheers
There are tons of tutorials on particle effects in AE! I might be in the process of making a super short tutorial on the hand held camera tracking/shake... Should be up later this week!
@@pizza_later nice! Thanks! Really appreciate! 😊
Sheesh. This blows mine out of the water. But I went the absolutely free route. lol
That's crazy that we already at this stage
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing. what's the budget (aprox) for a short like this?
this is why some people hate on ai. imagine for bros idea to come to life he would need to hire a bunch of other pros to help get his idea accross and how expensive that would be. instead of people realizing these are tools to help create and remove roadblocks for allot of story tellers, they scream for banning of Ai. Keep doing what you're doing bro and I feel you tell great stories.
P.s this isn't to say I hope people are out of jobs no. I hope UBi comes and more people have the freedom to create their own dreams and share it with others.
But since AI has to train off existing work, then someone(s) else at some point had to do all that hiring and lay out those expenses. Further, since all these tools do is to remix what already exists, then unless someone(s) continue to make those outlays, then there will never be any new styles created and we will be limited to eternal reboots of what has gone before.
None of what you see here was the result of this guy's creativity, nor ideas, only a remixing of the creativity and ideas of others.
@@RHLWExactly, people get lazy
@@RHLW You're trained off of other peoples work.
@@greglory So? Doesnt answer a single thing I said.
@@RHLW you didn't say shit worth answering. You buy a book, you watch a tutorial on youtube, you go to school and you train on other peoples expertise. You then take the information you learned and earn a living with it. That answer the single nothing you said?
WOW!
This is an effort you can see on million+ subscribed channels :) Well done Pizza, I respect you.
I kind of did something with AI but also originally. I asked chat GPT to give me a design idea about a character and what the hair and everything would look like. Then I actually modeled it based off the idea from GPT
3:18 very nice
clever lad
Thanks so much for making this video! I've been on the fence with subscribing to Magnific. It's so $$$. I've seen plenty of examples of how amazing it is at turning a Midjourney image into something that looks like (or even better than) an actual photo. But does it really make a difference when Luma's output resolution is so low? Would it make a difference with Runway Gen-2 where the output is so warpy and morphy? Have you tried Luma with and without the Magnfic upscale and noticed any difference in the output?
Great question. For this project specifically, Magnific added a more photographic look to the images. As far as using it for Gen-2 generations, I don't think it would make any difference at all unfortunately. For Luma based jobs I'd take it on a project by project basis. Be careful though... It's hard to go back after you've seen how great Magnific is at adding detail to your images!
@@pizza_later Thanks for the reply! I noticed that Magnific's Pro plan gives you 2500 credits per month, which they say works out to 200 normal upscales or 100 large upscales. In your experience, are most of the upscales actually useable? Or is it like Luma where most end up in the trash?
@@Retro_Movie_Rewind Sorry! Meant to respond but it was late. In my experience most of the generations are usable once you've figured out a workflow. If I push the creativitity slider too far things go off the rails quickly!
@@pizza_later Thanks! I'm going to sign up for a month. I love Midjourney but it is a little low-res for my taste. Might even try Magnific with Adobe Firefly which definitely needs help.
@@pizza_later Well I signed up. And yes I'm now hooked. I can't look at a normal Midjourney image the same way. It does even help with Gen-2. It's easy to see the difference in the amount of detail even with the morphing.
Nice work! What was the budget of this project? In terms of money and time?
40-50 hours of work. Money was roughly $50-75.
Wow. Impressive! Thank you so much for sharing!
Do we need to rethink the title of this film perhaps? 😂
😍
Admittedly, I was gonna have a quick peak, and roll my eyes at yet another ai generated thing and move on. I am surprised at the level of consistency and "deliberateness" if that makes sense. So when I found this and you explained how you did it, I'm slightly impressed that you did more than just type in a prompt. you added nuance and I will give you that.
i wish i could show all the ai film haters that it still takes WORK and EFFORT to create something that's quality.
it ain't just one sentence prompts!
Can't wait for AI I can run on my RTX instead of paying for everything fml but great work
Same gurl.
I wonder if you'd have more luck using Kling over Dream Machine.
Que IA usan para imagenes 🤔, ala parecer Midjourney es la mejor en cuanto control y realismo??
what font is this....i need it

I need help please, can we connect?

Impressed but AI ain't really real artistry it's a algorithm. Use your brain. Blender forever. \m/ #letsstartarevolution
Great work and nice clear breakdown. But i echo the sentiment of the British commenter. The tittle will engender a range of reactions from britain and it's colonies.
The world doesn't revolve around Britain. Britain doesn't get to decide what words others can use. And this is clearly not used in the context that you think is offensive. So any comments about the word poof shouldn't even be made.
Soo cheap🥺
Someone should explain that Poof is very derogatory in British English.
I’m English. I don’t think the context would make anyone think this means that.
I'm a bisexual american and you need to grow the fuck up, you dumb twat
Was the first thing that popped into my head. While not heard anywhere near as much down here in Australia as it was in the 70s and 80s, it's still a thing. In fact a gay club here in Melbourne still runs a techno event called "Poof Doof"
True hahaha 🤣
awesome!
In my Borat voice: VERY NIIICCCEE... ✨️
