In our woke fad culture it is the seriousness of the allegation and not the actual sentence, yea or nay, they just don't care and following the crowd is more important than the truth. That is a symptom of the burnout of the society we live in. So many do zero research and actually just see which way the FU Woke public is pushing. If you have no mind I say never mind.

First of all, it was not a "random person". It is now four *people* who have accused Bauer of sexual assault. And these are all women who Bauer let into his life. There are many ballplayers who are more famous or at least as famous as Bauer and they do not put themselves in a predicament that embarrasses their team, their teammates and their fans. Bauer is absolutely right here in apologizing for his behavior. As a baseball fan, I want to see Bauer back on a major league mound again. I think the MLB just had a huge grudge against him for chastising them live on TV about their inconsistency on the ball substance issue. I think they used the SA accusation as an excuse to level that suspension on him MOSTLY because he had chastised the MLB live on air regarding their hypocrisy and inconsistency on the ball substance issue. They thought no one would question it because he was a known flake and disliked by some teammates.

Whichever team that signs Bauer should also scoop Mike Clevinger. You're already going to take the heat for Bauer for a week, might as well pile on the negative publicity by signing Clev. Why? Because in two week a new news cycle will come through and drown out the hate anyway and in the end you'll get two quality pitchers, who are already good friends, so it will make adjusting to a new scene easier AND their price tags aren't back braking. I think teams like Pirates, Red Sox, Angels and maybe Reds could use it. As an Orioles fan I would definitely take a
