- In today's video, I find a secret about shiny pets in Pet Simulator 99. It all started when I was trying to find the best variant pet to own in Pet Simulator 99 and noticed everyone wanting shiny pets for an unknown reason. I had to find out why and that's what this video is about!

A way to test shinies and rainbows is by making the pet attack a breakable that doesnt make it hit the damage cap, examples are boss chest enchant and boss lucky block enchant then reading the text that displays the damage that the pet does each hit, excluding crtical hits.

You know your rich when ur testing what you should buy in the trading plaza
can you do a test with that shiny team, testing the shiny supercharge book vs the strength books and then try and use both books together to see if they work together to avoid the soft cap of just using the strength books.
that shiny supercharge book is useless because the Pet Strength IX (Idk whats it called atm lol) does way more damage than just 100% and you can empower that enchant so that it even does 50% more damage.

Normal huge 1x
Gold huge 1.3x
Rainbow huge 1.9x
Shiny huge 2x
For the exclusive it depends the flex cat is 85% as strong as your best pet and the flex bear (not sure) is 95% as strong as your best pet so a RB shiny flex bear could be better than a normal huge with a level of 99.
Nightfox I got the turtle I got to 18/20 I could of gone 50% and tried get the golden treasure turtle but I didn’t risk it and got the turtle so it’s 196 in the world I’m glad I got a free huge and the best part is I just came back to ps so I’m so happy I got the free huge

Night fox I love your videos and I always watch how you give out hugs and somone said they would give me a huge I was so exited to get my 10th huge after playing since pet sim X came out and I was going to buy another huge cause it didn’t work he took my 67m gems and 9 hugs some of which were worth a lot of gems and a lot to me I was wondering if you could help me

Hasn't this all been tested for a while? The test your doing doesn't work well since your probably hitting the damage cap with gold, rainbow and shiny so your coins are just RNG. Tests I've seen show that rainbow is a 90% damage increase and shiny is 100%. It's not a massive difference but a shiny is better.
They ARE better, its been shown by the top testers in the game, not a YTer having no clue how to actually test.
If you use 1 pet and attack something that doesn't have a damage cap like a boss chest you can see shinys do a bit more damage

Those calculations are a bit off,
They would be correct if the huge pets stayed level 1, if it leveled up, then it is incorrect
Not to mention that breakables have different health values (iirc) and also drop different amounts of coins.
it's wrong even at lvl 1 because it lists rainbow above shiny huges lol, everyone knows shiny huges are better than rb huges for the past half year

The damage is not equal and accurate you have damage potions equipped during your video and you could been using enchants use an new account to test the shiny pets.

Shiny pets I think are the most expensive bc it can mix with golden and rainbow also they do strong damage also shiny pets normally is really expensive also apparently shinys are Faster
I think shiny Huges arent faster but shiny hoverboards are faster.

You should make sure to take off the abilities that have on the huges when you buy them. Because when you bought the lvl 99 Redstone or whatever it was cat it had 4 abilities on it so that wasn't the right score, yes it was more but the numbers weren't correct

Take off charms and dont base it off coins cuz coin drops are random so you have a chance on a bonus on a regular exc that gives as much as a huge without a bonus
Yeah, it’s a frustrating game when you come from the world of MMO. Don’t give me a? On my pets when I know how simple it is for them to calculate the power and display it and may be a blue letters so you know that it’s based on something else. Also, it would be great to have actual damage meters, so you can build, etc. Or even as you move things around to show your damage and pet strength and diamond collection additional power, etc. kind of like a mix between Diablo and MMO’s that she detailed stats on your multipliers, etc.

In Event worlds the pets are sorted in damage order and the shiny huges were between all my gold huges (all lvl 1)

The most cheapest shiny huge pet is the huge puffer fish and the shiny is worth 60.5m diamonds

This has already been tested by the top testers in the game, many times over. I hope the majority of players fall for this so I can add more Shiny pets at a cheaper price.
3:08 that level 99 huge redstone cat did so good because it had charms equipped (Mainly tnt and lightning) which helped it break more breakables and get more coins
to make it more accurate you could go in the middle and then equip the pet
My favorite huge is the Cupcake. Unfortunately I don't think I will ever be able to get it
