Eminem adopted Lainey. Her mother was Kims twin sister. Her name was Dawn Scott. She had major drug problems so Kim and Eminem adopted her. Not sure who her orig father was tho. Hailey and Laniey have a great relationship still.Her first name is actually Alaina even tho in the song he calls her Lainey

Em has 3 children. Hailie Jade - biological with Kim. Alaina - Kim’s twins daughter. Dawn and the dad had drug issues. Em adopted her to give her a better life. The dad died the other year due to drugs. Whitney - adopted. Now goes by Stevie and is non binary I believe. Kim’s child with another man. Again adopted to give a better life. Em’s really a good man.

i heard this song when i was 15th yo, but i never know the meaning behind this song, but now, accidentally this song popped up on my playlist, and this situation is just the same with me now, got divorce with my ex wife because of the Drugs and cheating with another man , and now being single daddy for my lil cute daughter and heard this song is just make me feel that i am not alone.
