My two favorite people in music. I do not deserve this
Mr. Segall actually recorded this 20 minute album in 15 minutes 😳
irregular footed
That’s physically impossible.
@@McDoinky I mean maybe if you played the songs really fast and just slowed it down afterwards
Squishward
Still impossible
A definition of genius is to do the impossible.
it’s not impossible if u loop but this doesn’t sound looped
I revisit this at least once a month. So effing killer
Ty segall is neither man nor god. He is Music.
Am I the only one who has listened to Gotta Get Up 4+ times a day for weeks?
if you like this you might like my brothers music. His name is Stu Morris and Murder the ghost is a good punky song by him
This cover is how we all currently feel during quarantine
This is definitely the best cover album I’ve heard in a while ( including Greta Van Fleet’s whole discography )
Just you wait till dwyer drops his new damaged bug record!

One of the greatest albums of all time. Thanks Ty for having such great recognition of some very important artists. This is great.

Holy shit! This rules! Ty Segall does it again! Thanks Ty! I think you should continue covering these 70’s records. Fuck coronavirus.
Love to see the appreciation for a stellar Nilsson album
Dude is the most random rockstar i've ever seen, and he rocks it every time, impressive! I would never expect a Harry Nilsson cover from Ty Segall and he just nailed it.
if you like this you might like my brothers music. His name is Stu Morris and Murder the ghost is a good punky song by him
I'm already in love. Harry Nilsson covers are exactly what I needed right now.
Edit: Dude, "Jump Into The Fire" had me bouncin'.
His music has elevated into another dimension, the bass is dripping with grease and the amp is a grease trap
@@baconman2.052 Galiantly stomping his way through the competition with unwielding stride. Showing no mercy to his foes while being the utter definition of balance and confidence. He is......Steven Garrett Segall!
Damn he never disappoints
That’s some heavy panning right there. Awesome songs beautifully interpreted. Love it
THANK YOU Segall, you are doing great, as always
wow, that just poked my third eye. gonna have another listen immediately!
Interesting covers. The original is one of my favorite albums of all time. It came out when I was two, grew up listening to that and Son of Schmilsson.
Really stoked to catch pure brilliance while it's happening. Stay well, Ty. Keep doing this for a long time!
wish ty was my dad

Drugs are bad, kids. Adults need em more than you do. Now here’s some music to replicate the experience

I'm straight as an arrow but I would undergo a high-risk procedure to become capable of birthing children so I could have Ty Segall's babies.
They’d be noisy like his music
Gay people: "That's the gayest thing I've ever heard"
awful

Coconut is fantastic. It's like Tarantino covered it or something. Tremendo Garaje indeed!

I'm a Ty fan - with the exception of Break a Guitar (sad excuse to work with Steve Albini) but I'm a way bigger fan of Nilsson and this shit didn't do any justice, with a pretty generic selection of stuff. Kind of insulting considering the volume of talent and innovation Harry was, you couldn't place these two together. He's made some great music, Manipulator was fantastic and I saw him live in Atlanta during the Emotional Mugger tour. After that it's like once you've heard one song from him you've heard it all.
He played 6/10 songs from the Nilsson Schmilsson record. That was the point. Your rant about generic selection is idiotic.
"I'm a Ty fan" or "After that it's like once you've heard one song from him you've heard it all"..pick one.
I am not sure I have ever made a youtube comment, but we shall now call you Mr. Poop after that comment
Mr.Poop
God I hate the coconut song. You might as well cover macarena or achy breaky heart. Regardless of what I think it is funny to see the unexpected choice.
🤦🏼♂️
He's capable of making better music than this, sorry...
