But it would have been a lot better if the concept of family planning was better explained. Especially to people like the father in law here who think it is a sin, from religious perspective also people need to understand that it's not a sin. There are temporary methods advocated annd practiced by sahabas. This aspect was not dealt properly. It's not just about the female's health. It is also about the children who you bring into this world. Physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, morally, financially....... Parents have to ensure that the child they bring into this world is taken care of in all dimensions possible. Having multiple children will definitely hinder ensuring the best fo each one of them.
