Do you have a specific builder in mind or are you open depending on floor plan and pricing ?
@@AlexPiechDallasTXLiving I like what Huntington has to offer but after seeing this Toll Brother presentation now I'm kind of unsure, lol.
@@user-wh4iw3gk7d I 💯 % agree… I really like the Toll Brother floor plan a little better… They have another model home on the 70 foot lots that I think is the best in the community.

Nice home especially the interior but I prefer stone exterior. What does it cost with stone exterior?
They offer 4 exterior options. This is the modern farmhouse option.
The brick/stone option is + or - $15k
There is also a Spanish style with stucco.
