Nice Video. Awesome for making multiple large batches.
Doesn't seem to be mixing to well
Yes I take it all apart when I clean it , but it not that hard to. Happy hunting
Looks great
I just bought the same grinder and now they have a dual grind adapter which I added to my purchase. I make a lot of deer and wild hog sausage and was debating getting the mixer over the winter once I get my grinder in. Long term, how do you like the tilt mixer? Easy to clean, worth the effort instead of hand mixing in a meat tote? What is involved with the clean up? Do you have to take it apart? Happy HOlidays....its time to grind!!
let me know if that dual grind adapter makes a difference. very curious thanks
Ny the time you figure in your set up and clean up, for such tiny batches as 10 pounds. I would have to say doing it by hand is MUCH faster and easier without question. You asked, " What do you guys think?" So, I told ya! Laughs. Plus, you can use plain old American cheese as it works as well, or better, and is 1/4 of the price of "high temp cheese". Just a tip for you friend!
I would not buy that.
did you add water?? If not , I believe it wouldve stuck together better and rolled around the mixer better !!
Water was the first ingredient after the meat.
Do you know if that mixer will fit other 1.5hp Grinders? I know it would have to be level with the auger port of the mixer, but was wondering if all 1.5hp Grinders are the same where the mixer would be inserted into the grinder. Thanks for the video.
I know it will not fit Cabela’s grinder , other ones I don’t know
@@artknox2836 Thank you
Requires more meat for better mix
Yes sir works prefect when I use 20lbs
What is price in indian rupes
5,000 000,237,570
5 lb meat minimum precludes me using it to blend custom burgers (ground short rib, brisket, sirloin) "as needed". What would anyone seeing this suggest using to blend smaller amounts of ground meat?
For small amounts I mix by hand
@@artknox2836 that's what I figured. I've read using one's KA stand mixer can quickly overheat the meat, even if pre-cooled.
Could always mix up a 10-15lb batch and freeze the unused amount for later.
I use a 7.5 qt stand mixer for 5lb batches and it works beautifully every time.
Instead of water add ice cubes and the meat will stay cold
Hey buddy do u thinks its good for doing roughly 25 lb at time? ..
the reason i am asking cause thats the maximum capacity
It should , I have only done 20 lb and 10 lb batches and had no problems and looks like it could easy hold 25 , a lot easier than mixing by hand
