I have sweaty hands and sometimes the classic palm coin slips out of my hand....
Do you have any tips regarding it?

I have the opposite problem. My hands are very dry and sometimes the coin slips because I can't get a good grip on it due to dryness.
This might sound weird, but I've heard that some pianists with sweaty hands actually put anti-perspirant on their hands. That might be worth a try. Otherwise baby powder with cornstarch works for some people too.
