conic steel light pole shall be formed by conic male/female press brake tool. because of steel plate spring back reason, we shall make male press brake punch smaller than pole inner diameter. the conic pole shall be one side smaller diameter and another side big diameter, so the tooling is also like this. normally the steel pole slope rate can be 11~13/1000mm.
