    I'm going to ignore everything else you talked about and say if you can taste blood from running, that's not good. I think you know this Lauren so no excuses ok. It could just be some tissue or something that got torn but if you notice it again don't ignore it.
    I find I can daydream when I run which is usually when I kick out a 10k because my brain is drifting and it's great 🙂
