So crazy how rent prices in London increased. I found my flat for 1,750 about 3 years ago in zone 1. And it has a separate bedroom, hallway, big kitchen and living space. I really think that London has to introduce rent caps, it just gets so ridiculous especially for people (as you said) that just start working or want to live by themselves.
