Some people might use guest to bypass game that requires account age to play, removing their guest account after 1 week would just make the player mad as each time. Their progress gets reseted

Exploiting is quite literally not a reason to guest removal at all. Yes sure there was a hacking issue but that wouldn’t change to the fact that people would just make alt accounts and hack that way. Guest and throw away alts have the same goal. Ruin players experience. The real reason is simple. Guests were pointless because the platform itself was free to signup and guests led new players the wrong direction, giving them worse experience and big lost on money.

Unfortunately, I see many OG/veterans players complain about TIX and guests getting removed. I'm a veteran myself but realized the players were the ones that caused that. I used to be mad about the removal, but it took me quite a while to find out why they did it.
I think fair enough Roblox should've kept guests for you play as one for once only then the guest feature would close after 1 time play. And maybe they should've showed how you can test the Avatar shop
When before guests was removed I remember playing some game and then there’s this guest who started to exploit and put us in a strip club and do uhh stuff.. The admin also existed and the guest doesn’t have an exploit to kick or ban so the admin banned the guest and restored the map. Not until another guest came, it did the same dang things when we just banned that other guest. I’m assuming that these two are being played from the same exploiter, surprisingly you didn’t have to make an alt account to bypass bans back then, you just had to play on guest then boom, you caused ultimate server chaos.

To everybody saying guests shouldn't have existed in the first place you clearly didn't play Roblox in the golden age when they were around. Guests provided an extra level of security for parents who didn't want their child interacting with potential groomers, (those stories were big at the time) as you most remember ROBLOX didn't allow Guests to talk and I'm pretty sure they couldn't even see chat. Guests were also primarily little children who probably didn't even know how to make an account or didn't even have a reason to. When before guests was removed I remember playing some game and then there’s this guest who started to exploit and put us in a strip club and do uhh stuff.. The admin also existed and the guest doesn’t have an exploit to kick or ban so the admin banned the guest and restored the map. Not until another guest came, it did the same dang things when we just banned that other guest. I’m assuming that these two are being played from the same exploiter, surprisingly you didn’t have to make an alt account to bypass bans back then, you just had to play on guest then boom, you caused ultimate server chaos.

Guests were the f2p's of roblox
A lot of fake OGs say they miss guests but in reality real OGs (like myself) hated guests and wanted them removed edit: for those curious i first joined in 2010
they were so annoying cuz they never listened

but im a 2014 player and i sort of liked guest because it was just fun to watch some moron try to talk to a guest but i more then understand roblox for removed guest but they also could of just added a better anti exploit into there game to fix the problem too
I'm a 2016 player, I never really got to see any horrible guests, but I really don't want them back since Roblox refuses to actually control guests

I dont get why Roblox can't just make guests bannable accounts, yes we had differents guests while opening roblox but what if we had a specific guest account, like if you had the same guest username and account on your specific device. Sorry for the bad explanation but i hope you get what i mean

Edit: Figured id bring up something else too. To everybody saying guests shouldn't have existed in the first place you clearly didn't play Roblox in the golden age when they were around. Guests provided an extra level of security for parents who didn't want their child interacting with potential groomers, (those stories were big at the time) as you most remember ROBLOX didn't allow Guests to talk and I'm pretty sure they couldn't even see chat. Guests were also primarily little children who probably didn't even know how to make an account or didn't even have a reason to. So for all the little kids trying to act like Guests had no reason to exist, please, think twice.
