This reminds me of what I read about a cv being maximum of two pages by following this you considered the person looking at the cvs for a vacancy.

(These are only from my experience. Do not take as an official guidance) For me what has had good results is a CV that is 2 pages. Education right at the end and only qualifications relevant to job. For jobs I have an overview of the role, key responsibilities and key achievements. Older jobs should only be very brief
Jac, I currently work in the CO and have been a civil servant for 20 years now and still struggle passing interviews in the CS
One thing that breaks me having shortlisted candidates for jobs in the past, is those candidates who add bar charts/graphics etc to highlight their skills. I have seen some who have scored themselves 100% for everything. Utterly meaningless.
Agreed - not a fan of those at all.

Bit off-topic but if answering a behaviour question should you try and hit all the indicators/points or focus on the question only?
