    Hi. Great video, thank you. Iv'e got a Kawasaki Z900. With the bag bending on each side I'm worried it might take the paint off the side of my bike. Do you think it would be ok to put something in the bottom like plywood to stiffen it up.

    • @thecampingbiker791
      @thecampingbiker791  Před měsícem +1

      @@LeeThomas-1 yes, quite easy as long as you’re okay cutting it, if I was doing so I’d cover the plywood bottom with a bit of thin foam to make it a bit easier on the bottom of bag and seat 👍🏻

    Hi :) Great video! Do you think the 50L is too big for the back of a little 49cc Monkey bike? I realize it depends how much I need to carry but interested in your opinion - do you think it would be awkwardly long?

    • @thecampingbiker791
      @thecampingbiker791  Před 2 lety

      Thanks Zayna, it should fit okay as will form to seat and shape itself over the sides, just need to consider the exhaust as think it’s quite high, although covered, on the Monkey Bike! They do a slightly smaller version but this size takes everything 👍🏻

    As you removed the base board thingy I noticed that there appeared to be a minor wobble board effect and that this was achieved (apparently) without even trying. So I wonder whether it might be utilised as such, which particularly might be nice for our antipodean cousins, one of which of course utilised the wobble board to great effect but whose name we're not allowed to mention any more (initials RH). Forgive my ramblings, it's Sunday afternoon and I'm a bit bored. Rubber side down...

      Indeed, he who can’t be mentioned 😬 would have put it to great musical use.....and now you’ve mentioned it and the fact we’re all bored with winter and covid I might take it out and use it while singing “two little boys had two little......” 😆 Good job it’s not Facebook or we’d be banned by now 😂

    • @thecampingbiker791

      I think it would work fine, strapped on it will overhang but that’s fairly normal. Obviously it doesn’t matter if not full because you can roll it down… sounds a bargain 👍🏻

    I'm actually getting one soon for a short trip in India on a Royal Enfield Himalayan. But I'm confused between the one you reviewing on this video and a Supafactory roll up 30L. Won't be carrying a lot of luggage but still not able to decide on whether to get 30 or 50 litres capacity.

    • @thecampingbiker791
      @thecampingbiker791  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi Nutty Brown, India sounds like an amazing trip, do you live in India or just visiting? Royal Enfield will be perfect for the job, built for it! I guess if a 30ltr bag is right for this trip that’s what I’d go for and afterwards it will always be useful for general use or as additional bag to something like a 50ltr to give flexibility on a different bike trip. The other thing to possibly do is lay the contents you’re taking into a pile, roughly shape of a roll bag and measure it then compare sizes to the Supafactory 30ltr sizes! Let me know how the trip goes, keep safe and enjoy yourself, regards Andrew
